I would propose transforming the Analytics section into a true Business Intelligence tool, based on interactions and discussions.
Currently, the analytics section doesn’t meet the expectations of clients regarding the actual usefulness of a chatbot within their business.
It would be useful to include a wealth of data based on interactions, data that can be easily found, such as:
Most common questions
E-commerce purchase tracking
Most requested products
Accepted calls to action
Additionally, it would be interesting to add other advanced data that could be useful for business owners, particularly for those using SSO and top-tier plans. The goal is to provide a detailed and in-depth overview to help optimize business operations.
One potential improvement could be to create a conversational AI that allows users to query the data and generate custom reports based on specific needs.
