The live chat supports whatsapp as well. When the agent repond to the message in the admin panel. If the conversation is in whatsapp, the chatbot can send the message back to the whatsapp contact.

Ok, so if I understand it correctly, the messages from the Chat bot on my webpage, sends messages to my WhatsApp? And therefrom I can reply to the visitor?

Correct. There are two ways for whatsapp live chat that we are going to support.
- Going to the Live Chat Dashboard panel, you can directly enter the message in the admin chat input box. If it's a whatsapp message thread, the message will be delivered to the end user's Whatsapp app. ( This way we are 100% confident will work and will make it first available). This way also requires the user to have the live chat escalation permission.
- Use your whatsapp app to directly chat with the end user without integrating it with the whatsapp business account. This way doesn't require the user to have the live chat permission as the live chat is done on the end user's cell phone.
