Option to configure two embeds: voice mode and text mode

I propose adding the ability to configure two distinct embeds in the system: one that launches the assistant in voice mode and another that launches it in text mode. This would significantly enhance accessibility by providing users with a personalized experience from the start, catering to their specific needs or preferences. It would be a major step forward in accommodating diverse usage contexts, such as individuals with visual impairments or those who prefer text-based interaction.

We added the option to show the voice mode as default and the text mode as fallback.
We also added a timer to limit the total conversation length and you can turn on to limit the length of the voice-to-voice conversation.

We will have something like this in the bottom of the page for voice mode only

Hi Samuel,
Thank you for marking the request as "in progress." I’d like to clarify the functionality I’m looking for regarding the embeds:
I need an embed that launches directly in voice mode from the start, without requiring manual activation.
This embed should include a visible button to easily switch to text mode at any time.
While I understand that the text-first embed already allows switching to voice, I’d like both modes to have clear options to toggle between them during the interaction.
This will enhance the user experience, especially for those who prefer starting in voice mode or need to adapt to text mode in specific situations.
Thanks for considering this improvement. Let me know if you need more details or examples.
Best regards,
Mario

TreceTreces Thanks for the clarification. Currently it's the text mode first and the user can change to the voice mode with a click of button.
How , you want the experience to be voice mode first with the option to fall back to the original text model. Is my understanding correct?

Exactly.
an embed that makes the assistant start in text with a button to switch to voice (the current one) and another embed that acts the opposite, starting in voice mode and with a button to switch to text, in this way, the assistant would comply with accessibility standards for people with hearing or visual difficulties, being able to use the same assistant with two different initial configurations

TreceTreces gocha. We should be able to launch it this week. Changing like this is very easy. Initially, I thought it was a voice mode only which likes the attached screenshot and requires a totally new design from the start.
