This functionality actually can already be configured with the live chat lazy condition. There are two settings required
- Leads form triggering condtion set to be 10000 messages if you don't want the leads form to trigger normally unlesss the customer asked for entering their information. You can keep it as usally if you require specific number of messages , for example 10 messages.
- Turn on the live chat escalation. ( You can purchase it separately as an add-on or enroll in the Standard plan or above). Then turn on the lazy live chat escalation. Lastly, add the conditon to be "The customer asked to enter their information". (The chatbot will show the leads form just before the live chat escalation is triggered) .Leave the rest of the fields empty. ( Since you don't really want the live chat escalation to really trigger, you can leave the rest of the fields empty so that the live chat is silently triggered and only the leads form will show up)

The live chat won't actually trigger because you didn't fill the the rest of the information for email notification of your agent and the live chat agent waiting message . On the customer side, the live chat wasn't triggered at all.

Yes , it is doing exactly what you are asking. Because the live chat is psudo-triggered, it will force the leads form to appear when it meets the lazy live chat escalation condition. (However, the live chat form is not actually triggered because you didn't fill the rest of the notification message and the notification email)
You can use this chatbot to see how it works. It is doing exactly what you described
- The chatbot doesn't trigger live chat escalation
- the leads form will appear after the customer asks a specific question, such as 'Can I leave you my contact details?', regardless of whether it's the first or second message
When the user asked about the product information, the chatbot answer normally.
When the user asked a question like 'Can I leave you my contact details?'. The chatbot will pop up the leads form for the customer to fill, , regardless of whether it's the first or second message.
Please use the incognito mode to test
as our website will automatically sync your contact information into the chatbot and the leads form will not appear since the chatbot already has your information in the normal browser if you logged in Chat DataS

also, in your base prompt , you can add this
"Ask the user to enter their information in popped lead form if the user ask to put their contact information"
So that the chatbot will ask the user to fill the information in the popped leads form in the message part. But triggering of the leads form itself is controlled by the lazy live chat condition ( We use this as a technology to trigger the leads form). If you don't fill the rest of the information, it won't actually trigger the live chat escalation.
