Issues with the chatbot's i18n translation feature

Hi support team,
I'm experiencing issues with the chatbot's automatic translation feature. I’ve set the initial greeting message in Catalan:
"Hola! Com estàs? En què et puc ajudar avui?"
I've enabled the "Enable Internationalization (i18n)" option, but the message doesn't automatically translate to the user's browser language. I also tried setting the greeting in English, but when accessing from a browser set to Spanish, the original message still appears untranslated.
As I understand it, enabling i18n should automatically localize custom messages without the need to manually define translations for each language. Could you please clarify if I'm missing something or if there's an issue with this functionality?

which chatbot id is ? Lots of users used this feature and have no problem at all with the translation.
For example, this is the Chat Data customer support bot renders in a browser with the Chinese as the default language.
Some settings must be wrong with your chatbot that we have to take a look.
