Auto-close conversations after user inactivity

It would be great to have an option to automatically close or mark a conversation as resolved after a configurable period of user inactivity (e.g. 30 minutes). This would help keep the inbox organized and reduce manual work. Optionally, a final message could be sent before closing the chat.
